If the service call leads to a repair, the amount will be applied toward the balance.
Cancellation Policy
An appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 1 hour of work. For appointments with split billing charges, cancellation is subject to the first hour of the split billing charge.
